YOUTH LODGE:

Accommodation: sleeps up to 100 in bunkrooms*
7 rooms x 4 bunks & 1 single, sleeps 5; 6 rooms x 3 bunks + 1 single over double bunk, sleeps 9. Plus 2 Adult units with ensuite facilities; one room has 2 singles, second room has a double and a single bed, sleeps 4-5 each

Kitchen: All eating and kitchen utensils provided, Large Bain Marie, Large 4 door fridge, chest freezer, Commercial dishwasher, Commercial gas oven, electric oven & potato peeler. Groups to provide own tea towels, dishwashing liquid and surface cleaner.

Dining Room & Hall: Seats up to 200, both fixed leg and fold away tables, white boards, PA system, DVD/CD/VCR player, ceiling mounted data projector and pull down screen, 2 toilets off dining room.

Three toilet/shower blocks, Laundry with coin operated washing machine and dryer

Rates:*

Minimum Charge: $800.00 per day/night; School/Community groups $600.00 per day/night or

• Adults: $20.00 per night - School/Community discounted rate: $15.00 per night
• Children: $15.00 per night - School/Community discounted rate: $12.00 per night

• Bedding and Linen available for hire $10.00 /set per day.

• Day Charges: (for persons using facilities as part of a group but not
  staying in accommodation) pay half above rates.

Dining Room: Seats 80 with fixed leg tables

Main Hall: seats 100, white boards, PA system, DVD/CD/VCR player, movable data projector and screens.

Two toilet/shower blocks, Laundry with coin operated washing machine and dryer

Rates:*

Minimum Charge: $600.00 per day/night; School/Community groups $400.00 per day/night or

• Adults: $20.00 per night - School/Community discounted rate: $15.00 per night

• Children: $15.00 per night - School/Community discounted rate: $12.00 per night

SCOUT LODGE:

Accommodation: Sleeps 25 in Bunks*, Small hall/dining sleeps 16, plus two smaller rooms sleep 3 and 6.(extras can be accommodated on stretchers),
Large Room, Kitchen, Adjacent Toilets and Showers.

• Minimum Charge:* $150.00 (or)
  $20.00 reducible to $15.00 per person per night.

• Day Charges: (for persons using facilities as part of a group but not
  staying in accommodation) pay half above rates.

CONFERENCE CENTRE:

Conference Rooms: Two conference Rooms which can be divided into four Syndicate Rooms. Lounge, Dining Room and Full Catering available to suit your requirements (No self catering in this facility). Includes use of Conference Rooms, Equipment, Grounds and Confidence Course.

Accommodation: Consists of 21 rooms (18 singles, 3 twins), Toilets, Showers & Laundry.

2. Rate: $50 reducible to $40.00 per person per night.

Separate use of Conference Rooms without accommodation (price by arrangement)

Conference/Training equipment: Includes Video & Television,
Slide & Overhead Projectors, Whiteboard Copier, White Boards,
Flip-charts, Radio / Tape / CD Player, Blackboards and Accessories.

PICNICS ETC (GROUNDS):

(Includes use of Swimming Pool and Confidence Course).

Rates: $4.00 per Adult, $2.00 per Child.

CARAVAN POINTS:

Rates: $12.00 per Adult ($16 single), $6.00 per Child, per night.

TENT SITES:

Rates: $10.00 per Adult, $5.00 per Child, per night.

ONE NIGHT BOOKINGS: One and a half times the normal accommodation rate will apply for one night bookings over a weekend, or long weekend.

VACATING ROOMS: Accommodation needs to be vacated and cleaned by 11am unless by prior arrangement, gear can be stored in halls/dining rooms, or under eves, rooms will need to be inspected by a manager.

* It is a recommendation from the Department of Labour, that children under the age of 9 should not sleep in the top bunk.
