All our catering at Blue Skies is prepared on site by the Blue Skies team; we use fresh, seasonal ingredients to create simple but wholesome and delicious meals. Carefully planned menus provide you with variety and nutritious choices during your stay. We can vary the menus, meal times and options to suit your group’s requirements. All dietary requirements can be catered for, with prior notice required one week before your groups’ visit.
Tea /coffee /hot chocolate is available with all bookings.
Accommodation and catered package options for longer stays are available on request.
Examples of options include:
Cereals, fruit, toast and spreads
Cereals, toast and spreads to start with and then a selection from the following options;
- Bacon, eggs, sausages, hash, browns, spaghetti, hotcakes, mushrooms, tomatoes
Homemade scones /muffins /club sandwiches, sausage rolls, cakes and /or biscuits. Self-serve fresh fruit, tea and coffee available all day.
Lunch options are available in; packed lunch /takeaway, finger food self-serve or sit down hot choice. All lunches are adapted to suit the season and your group’s requirements.
· Self-help wraps with selection of cold meats, chutneys and salad fillings, bacon and egg pie, baked potatoes, homemade soup, salads, lasagne, frittata, pizza. With sweet slice or biscuit, tea and coffee
· Packed lunches include filled rolls or wraps, fruit, biscuits or sweet slice.
Dinner options can include either two or three courses; consisting of dips, soup or nibbles /main course/plated dessert, cheese board or sweet platter. Please discuss your options when confirming your booking.
Pre-dinner options: carrot sticks, dips, cheese boards, garlic bread, soup and rolls
Mains options: Lasagne (vegetarian option), shepherd’s pie, chilli con carne, homemade hamburgers, corned silverside, chicken drumsticks, chicken pie, Thai green curry or BBQ in summer. Accompanied with salads, rice, potatoes, noodles and /or vegetables as appropriate.
Dessert options: Chocolate self-saucing, sticky date, fruit crumble with ice cream, caramel sauce or yoghurt as appropriate. Or sweet platter, cheese board option.
Suppers can be a good option for members arriving in at staggered times, arriving late or wishing to work late or for sports teams requiring an extra top-up for growing athletes.
A savoury or sweet option or combination of both can be arranged and can be left out for groups to self-help as suits their needs or to be served after dinner. Choices include;
· Sandwiches, mini pies, chicken nibbles, pizza, cake or sweet slice.
All dietary requirements (including gluten free /vegetarian /dairy free) can be catered for; with one weeks notice prior to your group’s arrival.
Meal times and menus can be adjusted to suit your group’s needs, with prior advice and discussion.
Final numbers must be advised one week prior to your arrival; these numbers and any extras will be charged for.
