All our cater­ing at Blue Skies is prepared on site by the Blue Skies team; we use fresh, sea­sonal ingre­di­ents to cre­ate sim­ple but whole­some and deli­cious meals. Care­fully planned menus provide you with vari­ety and nutri­tious choices dur­ing your stay. We can vary the menus, meal times and options to suit your group’s require­ments. All dietary require­ments can be catered for, with prior notice required one week before your groups’ visit.


Tea /​coffee /​hot choco­late is avail­able with all bookings.

Accom­mo­da­tion and catered pack­age options for longer stays are avail­able on request.

Cere­als, toast and spreads to start with and then a selec­tion from the fol­low­ing options;

Morn­ing and After­noon Teas


Home­made scones /​muf­fins /​club sand­wiches, sausage rolls, cakes and /​or bis­cuits. Self-​serve fresh fruit, tea and cof­fee avail­able all day.




Lunch options are avail­able in; packed lunch /​take­away, fin­ger food self-​serve or sit down hot choice. All lunches are adapted to suit the sea­son and your group’s requirements.


Choices include:

· Self-​help wraps with selec­tion of cold meats, chut­neys and salad fill­ings, bacon and egg pie, baked pota­toes, home­made soup, sal­ads, lasagne, frit­tata, pizza. With sweet slice or bis­cuit, tea and coffee

· Packed lunches include filled rolls or wraps, fruit, bis­cuits or sweet slice.




Din­ner options can include either two or three courses; con­sist­ing of dips, soup or nib­bles /​main course/​plated dessert, cheese board or sweet plat­ter. Please dis­cuss your options when con­firm­ing your booking.


Choices include:

Pre-​dinner options: car­rot sticks, dips, cheese boards, gar­lic bread, soup and rolls


Mains options: Lasagne (veg­e­tar­ian option), shepherd’s pie, chilli con carne, home­made ham­burg­ers, corned sil­ver­side, chicken drumsticks, chicken pie, Thai green curry or BBQ in sum­mer. Accom­pa­nied with sal­ads, rice, pota­toes, noo­dles and /​or veg­eta­bles as appropriate.


Dessert options: Choco­late self-​saucing, sticky date, fruit crum­ble with ice cream, caramel sauce or yoghurt as appro­pri­ate. Or sweet plat­ter, cheese board option.




Sup­pers can be a good option for mem­bers arriv­ing in at stag­gered times, arriv­ing late or wish­ing to work late or for sports teams requir­ing an extra top-​up for grow­ing athletes.


A savoury or sweet option or com­bi­na­tion of both can be arranged and can be left out for groups to self-​help as suits their needs or to be served after din­ner. Choices include;

· Sand­wiches, mini pies, chicken nib­bles, pizza, cake or sweet slice.




All dietary require­ments (includ­ing gluten free /​veg­e­tar­ian /​dairy free) can be catered for; with one weeks notice prior to your group’s arrival.


Meal times and menus can be adjusted to suit your group’s needs, with prior advice and discussion.


Final num­bers must be advised one week prior to your arrival; these num­bers and any extras will be charged for.
